What is NetWorx?

NetWorx is a simple yet versatile and powerful tool that helps you objectively assess your bandwidth consumption situation. You can use it to collect bandwidth usage data and measure the speed of your Internet or any other network connection. NetWorx can help you identify potential sources of network problems, ensure that you do not exceed the bandwidth limits specified by your ISP, or track suspicious network activity, Trojan horse characteristics, and hacker attacks.

The program allows you to monitor all your network connections or just a specific network connection, such as Wireless or Mobile Broadband. The software also features a number of highly customizable visual and audible alerts. You can configure it to alert you when the network connection drops or when some suspicious activity - such as an exceptionally heavy data flow - occurs. It can also automatically disconnect all dial-up connections and shut down the system.

Inbound and outbound traffic is represented in a line chart and recorded in a file, so you can always view statistics about the daily, weekly, and monthly bandwidth usage and duration of the dial-up connection. Reports can be exported to a variety of formats, such as HTML, MS Word, and Excel, for later analysis.
