What is Nexo?

What are duplicates and how are they created?

The Nexus are data records, mainly in address databases, which have different contents, but represent a single and same person, company or institution. Finding and tagging or deleting them is time-consuming without the proper tools – especially if the database contains many addresses. In typical, well-maintained customer databases, 4 - 6% of addresses are usually contained twice. The consequences are: Double costs with postage and printed material, errors in maintaining customer data (a data record is updated, duplicates are not) and the resulting incorrect information for customers when they have questions about their master data.
