What is Nvivo Pro ?

With NVivo Pro software you can import, store and analyze data in virtually every language and with a wide variety of sources. The system allows, in addition to importing, managing, organizing, querying, analyzing and connecting data, be they texts, spreadsheets, emails, PDF, photo files, videos and audio, web content and social media. Research, visualization, comparison, compilation and discovery of information and trends can also be performed with NVivo in a faster and safer way, ensuring more efficiency to processes.

Easy to use

The software offers an intuitive usability experience. The NVivo layout is greatly simplified and features are easily found in the navigation toolbar, where the tabs and commands are located. In Navigation View are the search tasks and devices to easily group the selected items of each project.

Import data

With an intuitive interface, importing texts, audios, videos, emails, images, spreadsheets, web search content and social media is done easily. NVivo enables centralization and management of data from multiple sources to perform the deepest analysis.

Organize information automatically

NVivo allows quick access to information. To give agility to the processes, folders and files used most often can be favorited in the Navigation View. You can also quickly, transparently, and reliably create and store report annotations. There are also other annotation features so that the user can create reminders while working on a particular project, without having to stop it, being able to access and explore them whenever they want.

Improve analysis of mixed methods

To identify themes and trends more quickly, you can encode and categorize the data imported into NVivo. The organization can be done according to the main metrics stipulated, making it possible to establish case links, assignment of values and comparison of groups.

Data analysis can be done with the use of cross-reference tables, with one or two attributes. The software also provides case analysis for enhanced search of mixed methods. Ideal for statistical analysis, the results of data crossings are calculated and saved as spss file (.sav) for further evaluation.

Explore, ask, and visualize data

Queries and complex questions can be asked to NVivo to identify meanings to data, emerging themes, and new concepts. Answers are shown with quick visualization of information through charts, word frequency clouds, comparison diagrams, among other features. Searches for specific topics and queries to identify themes, patterns and ideas can also be performed. Export views for reports and presentations quickly and easily.

Connect data and discoveries

NVivo easily integrates with regular-use programs, allowing easy import of notes and data. Information from Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS Statistics, and reference management software is allowed. Notes collected on-the-go from Evernote and OneNote can also be made, in addition to integrations with SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, EndNote, among others.
