Micronic's ODB++2MIC can create high-resolution glass mask images up to 1 x 1 meter in size.
Micronic mask makers can create images of high-resolution glass masks up to 1 x 1 meter in size. The artwork now provides an ODB++ translator for Micronic's proprietary mask data format.
ODB++2MIC files can be produced from virtually any PCB tool. Micronic's latest generation of laser printers can directly read ODB++ using Artwork's new converter. The converter is available on both Windows and Linux operating systems.
The ODB++2MIC specification can contain more than one board layout and a complete step panel, which includes the board and several additional items such as thief slots, destinations, IDs, and others. Obviously, it can contain multiple "layers" for each layer of the multi-layer board.
