What is OrgScheduler LAN ?

A network calendar/scheduling system. OrgScheduler LAN is the easiest way for any organization to have a network calendar in minutes! This is a more powerful version of OrgScheduler, with all the features of the standard version, but with the added ability to share real-time data over the network. Each user keeps their own calendar. You can even set network alarms to remind the entire office of an important event, such as a meeting, in real time. Each user has a unique label and a caption to display on the calendar. The program will show you the complete list of active connections.

The OrgScheduler LAN is based on the interface options introduced in Microsoft Outlook. Includes Outlook import, Outlook export, text, HTML, XML, and Excel. It has different time display options in the day view, 149 types of event colors to indicate the type and importance of an event, auto tips that display the start and end time of an event along with its caption, various visual and behavior styles, event recurrence control. The LAN version offers a customizable Resource Browser, a new Date Browser, a comprehensive reminder, control over event overlay, and a mechanism for sharing events among an arbitrary number of different resources (users). All profile data is protected by a password, preventing unauthorized access.

The program also has the Automatic Backup feature, which allows you to save the data in the secure file. What is important, OrgScheduler LAN LAN data can be exported to several different formats such as MS Outlook, XML, HTML, XLS, and TXT. You can also import the data into the program. You can format the calendar according to regional settings. It provides many types of views: day, week, month, quarter, year, just every day or weekday, and horizontal vertical views of the timeline. In addition, the Print Designer system allows you to design and print elegant reports.
