Magic Under the Hood: Organic ReSynthesis

OVox is powered by Waves Organic ReSynthesis (ORS) technology to deliver unmatched vocal synthesis sound quality.

The ORS takes the original vocal signal and divides it into its main elements of 'DNA' - amplitude, tuning and formant. It then re-synthesizes these elements to create the new vocal sound, free of unwanted artifacts and preserves the expressiveness of the original vocal.

Intuitive control

Vox isinstantaneous: no routing required. Just insert it as a plug-in or activate it as a standalone app - sing, hum, talk or beatbox it and hear the magic happen.

The MIDI control is optional. You can use OVox with a MIDI keyboard or controller or with any instrument (e.g. a guitar) as the 'transporter'. Or you can simply use your voice (or a recorded vocal track) to trigger chords, harmonies, or automatic scalings using OVox's automatic Note Mapper.
