LogicNets use case frameworks provide powerful packaging options that define the behavior of your application – how it looks and how users can interact with it. Frameworks are optimized for the unique requirements and skill levels of different users, allowing you to control exactly how and when a user is exposed to information and what they can do with it. Choose any of our pre-configured packaging options or collaborate with your IT team to customize or create options with our designer.
Support Center Package
The support center framework is optimized for interactive diagnostics and troubleshooting applications, guiding non-specialists step-by-step through the procedures developed by your experts for optimal treatment of customer/user/patient problems.
A Central Portal
The framework provides users with a central case management portal with one-click access to case-specific information and procedures to help resolve reported issues. Customer history, warranty, and product details can be extracted dynamically from external systems and displayed to optimize incident assessment and filter out applicable troubleshooting and resolution topics. The topics listed are directed directly by your modeled content. You can even connect the user's device directly to the system to be diagnosed and automatically access the unit status information to dynamically display the relevant alarm codes and corresponding troubleshooting procedures.
Interactive
When a diagnostic topic is selected, the system runs the corresponding logicnet template that you created with your designer. Here, your experience guides users through the templates you've defined to reach a resolution point. The information resources linked to each underlying logical step provide the user with dynamic access to related instructions and basic information at the time they are needed. When the user reaches an endpoint, the system can aggregate the history record and calculated recommendations into on-screen views and downloadable PDF reports.
Off
Run any LogicNets app on a Windows device locally. Use our synchronization engine to periodically update any instance of your application with newer versions while local data entry and usage metrics are loaded on to the central servers.
Connect to devices
Locally installed LogicNets applications can read log files from connected devices. The data in the log files can be used in your applications for various purposes, such as displaying alarm codes or to trigger decision logic.
Predictive
Predict and guide for optimal results. When your apps are guiding users through modeled paths, LogicNets can track the history of all user community path navigation and use it to statistically predict the most likely results of an ongoing session. Users can review the list of most likely outcomes and jump to an endpoint, or they can get information about how their use relates to that of the community at large.
Responsive
Responsive UI design ensures that your applications can be accessed across a wide variety of devices that support users working in different contexts and environments.
Integrate
With LogicNets Web services modules, you can integrate your applications with external applications and incorporate them into the larger workflow. External data can be imported dynamically and used as part of decision processing. The results of your applications can be distributed for downstream workflow processing.
Customize
Use the advanced logicnets designer options to customize the look and behavior of your applications. Users with an understanding of application development can add customization layers to logicnets default framework packages or create their own.
