Step-by-step instructions for Windows

Review transactions before conversion. Check if the dates are correct, if there is a correct year (Date), the amount, withdrawals and deposits are shown in the corresponding columns, the check number (Doc / Check #) is assigned.

Be sure to select the QIF destination correctly to match the version of Quicken or your accounting software: Quicken 2018+, Quicken 2017, Quicken 2015-2016, Quicken 2014 or earlier, Banktivity, Microsoft Money, NetSuite, MYOB, Reckon, YNAB.

Set the Account Name and Account Type to create a QIF file for the correct account. This is optional for Quicken 2018 or later, but it's important to have the corresponding account name in Quicken for Quicken 2017 for Windows.

Click the 'Convert' button to create a QIF file.

Confirm the name and location of the file.

Now that the QIF file has been created, switch to Quicken and import the QIF file you created. Before you import a QIF file, back up your data. To import a QIF file, select 'File' - 'Import File' - 'QIF File', select the QIF file created.

For Quicken 2017 or earlier, it's important to select "All accounts." For Quicken 2018 or later, you must select the real account.

Then click the 'Import' button.

Then click the 'Done' button.

Now your data is imported. You can accept all transactions.

You can review transactions. They are now on the record.
