What is PDFsam Basic?

Merging is the most used PDFsam Basic module and allows you to combine PDF files

Page ranges

Incoming PDF files can be merged in whole or in part. A page selection can be defined in the form of comma-separated page ranges (Ex. 1-10, 14, 25-), allowing you to specify which pages you want to merge for each input PDF file

Favorite

Define what to do with the favorites of the merged PDF files. You can merge them, discard them to keep the resulting file smaller, or create a new favorites tree with one entry for each merged PDF file

AcroForms

Define what to do with AcroForms when they are found in the input PDF file. You can discard them, but also use them in a new form or even use them by renaming fields with name conflicts

Index

Add a table of contents at the beginning of the generated PDF. A list of clickable entries will allow you to easily browse the merged PDF files

PDF Split

·          Split into predefined pages

The selected PDF file can be divided after each page, generating a new document for each page of the original file or after each odd or odd page

·          Split specification pages

Specify the page numbers on which you want to break your document. You can even tell PDFsam to split the PDF every n pages

Mix de PDF

The PDF blending module allows you to merge two or more PDF files by taking pages alternately from each input file, in direct or reverse order. The perfect combination for your one-sided scans

Rotate PDF

The PDF rotate module allows you to rotate PDF files, just select the files you want to rotate and apply a rotation of 90, 180 or 270 degrees to all or some of your pages

Extract pages

The extract module allows you to extract pages from PDF files. Single pages or page ranges can be selected to create a new PDF file containing only the required pages

Requires approximately 70 MB of disk space, 256 MB of RAM, and a 64-bit operating system
