The ProSuite software package allows Phenom users to extract as much information from images made with the Phenom Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Extends the capabilities of Phenom, a high-resolution imaging tool, to meet the specific needs of the application. ProSuite software is installed in the Phenom Application System. This monitor-mounted PC is the hardware platform for all ProSuite software, leaving the Phenom system in its original state and ensuring maximum system stability and uptime. Phenom Application System and ProSuite are available for any Phenom SEM. The Phenom Application System can be connected directly over a local network or the Internet, allowing networked storage and remote control of the system.

For the Phenom Pure system, you will need to purchase an additional completion pack. The Phenom Application System can be connected directly to Phenom or over a local network or the Internet, allowing networked storage and remote control of the system. 3D RoughNess Reconstruction With the 3D Roughness Reconstruction application, it is possible to generate three-dimensional images and submicrometric roughness measurements.

For businesses with 3 to 6 users, we recommend broadband Internet packages from your ISP that support download speed of 60 Mbps and upload 6 Mbps or better. For companies with more than 6 users, we recommend a dedicated commercial-level internet connection for the use of ProSuite.
