Step 1: Create
Prezi Next builds on the visual narrative elements of the original product and brings a more flexible and intuitive editor, and customizable design templates help users communicate through the format of their messages and create visually stunning presentations.
Step 2: Submit
Prezi Next's interactive format allows free navigation and adaptation of the presentation format as it occurs. With this nonlinear approach called "conversational presentation", presenters can use the same presentation in every meeting, but shifting the focus to what the audience is most interested in.
Step 3: Analyze
Prezi Next introduces presentation analytics, a feature that allows users to monitor how viewers view content before or after the meeting. These insights include how many times the presentation has been shared, viewed, and can help inform and improve sales.

To edit: Prezi Next presentations can currently be edited on a Windows or Mac computer using Chrome, 64-bit Firefox, Edge, and Safari. If you use your phone or tablet, the Prezi Viewer app is optimized to view, present, and share presentations on Android and iOS devices, but for now, you can't make edits.
For viewing: Presentations are best viewed in the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

Installing Prezi Next requires about 650 MB, but can range from 1-2 MB from one version to the other.
Minimum requirements for running Prezi Next
Windows: Windows 7 SP1 or newer with updated drivers, DirectX 9 or higher, and a minimum of 4 GB RAM
Mac: OS X 10.11 or higher with at least 4 GB RAM
To view a downloaded presentation (portable prezi)
Windows: Windows 7 SP1 or higher with DirectX 9 or higher. You also need a specific or integrated graphics card.
