What is PrintForm?

With PrintForm you get a comprehensive form software that has been specially designed and manufactured for the construction industry.

In 8 subject-specific modules, more than 2,400 forms are currently available. Modules can be purchased individually and combined with each other as needed.

During development, we pay special attention to making your work processes efficient and freeing you from time-consuming multiple inputs. The central address database manages not only the addresses of people, companies and authorities, but also real estate data and information about the construction project. This data is then automatically transferred to the corresponding forms with a click of the mouse.

Description

PrintForm is more than just a specific collection of template building, management, and form help filling. Various functions and automatisms simplify work processes and make them more efficient. For example, an editable address database provides all addresses and information about properties, construction projects, authorities, or people involved in construction. This means that important data is recorded only once and can be automatically transferred to all forms. If the input fields contain numeric values and are mathematically linked, arithmetic functions take over the calculation. This saves multiple inputs or time-consuming calculators and avoids sources of error.

In addition, PrintForm has several useful functions such as automatic form submission, internal word processing including mail merge function, PDF export with integrated email distribution, and more.
