The integrated Metascope search engine allows the identification of compounds using up to 5 different criteria, including mass, RT, fragmentation spectrum, CCS. Metascope can be used with many internal and public databases.

You can also create and build your own mass spectrum, RT, or fragment databases (for example, by running pure patterns) for future validation of database accesses.
