How it works

1.Employees certify that they are healthy at home

Employees must complete their health questionnaire and meet your criteria to reserve a place in the office.

2.When they arrive, employees sign up to join

Employees sign from their phones to minimize the spread of germs. Connect Envoy Protect to your access control system to instantly grant access to the building for connected employees.

3.You know, before the workplace gets crowded

Keep a count of how many people are on site or are expected. If you reach maximum capacity, no one will be able to register without your approval.

4.React quickly if a situation arises

You have a record of who's in your space, so if someone gets sick, you can notify the right employees quickly.

Make sure employees are healthy before they arrive

Employees make sure they're healthy before they head to the office, so germs stay away from their front door. You determine how many people can be safely on site at the same time – Envoy Protect ensures you stay below capacity unless you say otherwise.

Take control of who can access your office

Establish criteria for those who are not allowed to work in the office based on the survey responses. Create an extra layer of security by connecting your access control system, so only healthy employees can enter your workplace.

Keep sensitive information private

Get the information you need to keep your workplace safe while keeping sensitive information private. The data you retain is entirely up to you.

Make sure your team can work from a safe distance

Decide who can enter the venue and where they can sit with the Envoy Desks. As soon as an employee is approved to enter the office through Envoy Protect, we'll automatically assign them a desk for the day, so you can be sure everyone has a safe space to work.
