Review transactions before conversion. Check that the dates are correct, that the correct year, amount, withdrawals and deposits are shown in the corresponding columns.

Choose the CSV destination: regular CSV, Excel (XLS or XLSX), Quickbooks Online, Xero, Quicken for Mac (CSV Mint), POSH, or clipboard copy to paste into any spreadsheet software like Excel.

Set Open After Conversion to open the application that handles converted files and start importing right after conversion.

Click the 'Convert' button to create a CSV file.

Confirm the name and location of the file.

The CSV file is now created.

Review the CSV file you created and import it into Quickbooks Online, Xero, or work with the file in Excel.
