Use green, yellow, and red indicators outside each room to easily find an available meeting space, or use the Envoy mobile app to find the nearest available room.

2.Check-in

Whether you're already in the living room or in the office, protect your space by checking in. Confirm your room by tapping check-in in the room or directly to Slack or Microsoft Teams.

3.Free space

Don't you need your room anymore? Quickly free up space for others who want to meet with automatically released rooms or closing the meeting early.

4.Make smarter decisions about your space

You have a record of which rooms have been booked so you know where to sanitize and can optimize your space to be more efficient.

Book a room without sweating your shirt

Use Envoy Mobile, Google Calendar, Office 365, or the door-side screen to reserve a meeting room wherever and whenever you need it.

Discover more space

If no one checks into the room within 5 minutes of the start of the meeting, you can release it to open the space for those who need it most.
