What is Salon Calendar?

Salon Calendar is a software tool designed especially for beauty, manicure or aesthetic salons, tanning salons, fitness studios, wedding salons, fashion shops and ateliers, beauty centers, plastic and aesthetic surgery clinics, manicures, beauticians, makeup designers and any other specialists in the field of fitness, health and beauty. This modern and extremely useful program makes schedule management a real pleasure. It allows any expert to create a profile to run a personal schedule.

The program allows users to switch between profiles to view the schedule of any team member, it is also possible to view multiple profiles simultaneously or open the schedules of several experts at the same time. Salon Calendar features Date Navigator, which allows the user to open the required date, edit the reception time, master and customer data. You can also define different work ranges, choose vertical or horizontal timelines, and the 12- or 24-hour format. The program also has the Automatic Backup feature, which allows you to save the data in the secure file. What is important, Salon Calendar data can be exported to several different formats such as MS Outlook, XML, HTML, XLS and TXT. Exchanging data with other apps (Apple iCal apps, Microsoft Exchange Server, Android) is made easier with new iCal data format support.

The program has a built-in Print Designer, which offers a variety of original templates and options to make a fine and clear impression of a schedule. Salon Salon is available for all versions of Microsoft Windows.
