Compare and sync database schemas
Datanamic SchemaDiff is a tool for comparing and synchronizing database schemas. Allows you to compare and synchronize tables, visualizations, functions, sequences (generators), stored procedures, triggers, and constraints between two databases. Multiple databases are supported. You can compare and synchronize oracle, mysql, MS access, MS SQL Server, InterBase, Firebird, and PostgreSQL database schemas.
Datanamic SchemaDiff will provide the complete picture of all database differences. After your databases are compared, you can view the differences and generate the required synchronization script (database-specific) to update the target database and make it identical to the source database.
The tool uses native connections for Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access, Interbase, Firebird, SQLite, and PostgreSQL. For each supported database, database-specific comparison routines are used. For synchronization, database-specific scripts/synchronization routines are generated.

You can, for example, compare (and synchronize) a PostgreSQL 9 and PostgreSQL 10 database. Note that the cross-database platform (for example, Oracle - MS SQL) is not supported.
Schema comparison
Connect to two databases and compare the objects in those databases.
Connect to the databases and select a SQL script representing a database and compare the objects in the two sources.
Mapping schemes allow you to compare database objects that belong to the same schemas or to different schemas.
The mapping is used to connect the objects to be compared. Mapping database objects to the source and target database is done based on names. If no objects with the same name were found, intelligent routines are used to find out whether an object should be mapped to an object with another name. It detects renamed database objects.
Compare tables, procedures, indexes, visualizations, triggers, constraints.
You can control what is compared and what is seen as a difference. Use comparison options, such as case sensitivity, ignore restrictions, and 30 other options for this.
Schema synchronization
You can select the database objects that you want to synchronize.
The generated synchronization script handles object dependencies.
You can skip table elements or object descriptions for synchronization.
Presentation of differences
A side-by-side color-coded comparison overview makes it easy to immediately identify similarities and differences between two database objects.
The summary includes objects in the source, but not in the target (or vice versa), identical objects, and the totals of the selected objects. You can easily copy the summary to the clipboard.
Filtering comparison results allows you to limit the display of objects to certain types of database objects (for example, showing only tables and/or visualizations).
Filter the results of the comparison based on the status (identical, different) of the compared object.
Automation
A command-line utility is included to automate your comparison and synchronization process.
Save your comparison plan to a SchemaDiff project.
