What is Screenpresso ?

Screenpresso captures your desktop (screenshots and HD videos) for your training documents, collaborative design work, IT error reporting, and more.

The mouse cursor will turn into a cross, and moving it across the screen will automatically highlight the area that can be captured in red. It makes some pretty cool edges on the screen, so you can pick up part of a window, the entire window or even the entire screen.

• Capture the entire screen, part of the screen or a specific window with the same shortcut/hotkey.
• Be sure to capture what you need. Click and drag anywhere on the screen to select a region with perfect pixel accuracy, thanks to the zoom lens at the bottom right of the screen
• Capture scroll windows: Can't adjust it on the screen? Create a unique image of scroll windows thanks to the sewing mechanism.

• Delay in capturing to capture the context menu

Capture your screen in HD videos

A short video is the key to reducing misunderstandings in the documentation.

Screenpresso records your screen in a video and produces lightweight MP4 video files for easy sharing.

Smooth workflow

It has a three-step process:

• Press the [PrintScreen] key to start a capture. You don't have to worry about the file name
• Edit your capture with the built-in editor
• Post your capture (PDF, email attachment, drag anywhere, or publish online)

Powerful built-in image editor

Screenpresso provides a built-in vector image editor to mark screenshots.

• Double-click an image on the Screenpresso desktop to open the editor, or click the Edit button.
• Add arrows, highlight an area, colored balloons, rectangles, ellipses, text boxes, callouts, and more
• Cut, add shadow, rounded corners, reflection, torn edges, and more sophisticated edge effects
• Step tool: Quickly highlight a series of steps: each click gets the next number in the series

Workareas and libraries

All screenshots are automatically saved to a panel similar to the widget called "Desktops", which provides:

• Quick and direct access to your previous captures (images, videos)
• Drag and drop files to and from workspaces for editing tools, email clients, and other programs as well.
• Shortcuts to organize, print, copy to previous clipboard captures
• A toolbar starts a new capture, edits and publishes your images and clips
