Engineering and Operational Practices

We design all services with high availability in mind. The goal is to deliver 99.99% uptime across all products. To achieve this goal by following a series of engineering best practices

Immutable infrastructure - Not making changes to the active or running code of servers in production. Where applicable, we treat the software and infrastructure configuration as code. Which means that all changes go through a formal code review, automated testing, and automated deployment process.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery – Using continuous integration and deployment automation and Security configuration management tools to build, test, and deploy code multiple times a day.

Incident Response – The dedicated infrastructure and security team is on a rotating on-call schedule to respond to any security incident or availability immediately.

Security audits – twice a year, we have an independent security company that performs a white-box penetration test audit on the system and code base. Upon request, the results of the most recent audit can be provided to current or potential customers. Any vulnerabilities discovered are prioritized, resolved, and deployed as soon as possible after discovery.
