What is SigmaXL ?

Powerful statistical and graphical analysis

SigmaXL is designed from the outset to be a cost-effective, powerful yet easy-to-use tool that allows users to measure, analyze, improve and control their services, transactional processes and manufacturing processes. As a complement to the well-known Microsoft Excel, SigmaXL is ideal for Lean Six Sigma training or for use in a college statistics course.

In addition to Analyzing Average charts and multiple comparisons, sigmaxl's new features include:

Taguchi DOE Templates

• The levels are categorically discrete; therefore, they can be numeric or text
• Fill in the blank template, the graphics are updated automatically
• Predicted response calculator and graphs for mean, standard deviation (or Ln standard deviation) and signal/noise ratio
• Up to 27 replicas for external array (i.e. supports up to L27 external array)
• Pareto of deltas (effects) and ANOVA SS (sum of squares) % contribution (for main effects and two-way interactions)
• Main effects chart and interaction charts (if applicable)
• For projects with interactions with incidentally, a drop-down list of interactions with alias is provided. This is much easier to use than linear graphics
• Column assignments to orthogonal array are optimized to ensure maximum project resolution

SigmaXL is compatible with Excel 2010-2019 and can accommodate more than 1 million rows of data. Included are additional DMAIC Six Sigma models, a DMAIC menu option, and a control chart selection tool to simplify the selection of SPC charts.
