SoftActivity Monitor System Requirements:

For monitored servers (install ts monitor client):

– Intel Xeon, Pentium, AMD or any CPU that can run the Windows Server specified below – Microsoft Windows Server 2016, or Microsoft Windows Server 2012 (or R2), or Microsoft Windows Server 2008 (or R2) 32-bit and 64-bit editions, or Microsoft Windows Server 2003 SP1+ (or R2) 32-bit and 64-bit editions – RAM: 512 MB or more for the server. TS Monitor uses minimal RAM, about 10-30MB per recorded session – Hard disk space: 150 MB to install 200 MB software per user account monitored for local cache – Citrix XenApp 7.5, 7.6, 7.8 is supported (but not required). SoftActivity TS Monitor is certified as Citrix Ready. TS Monitor supports Citrix server farms (such as setting up with the Citrix XenApp farm) – Remote Desktop Services (known as Windows Terminal Services before Server 2008 R2) are supported (but not required). TS SoftActivity Monitor can record local and remote terminal sessions on servers.
