Track multiple servers at once - xSQL Profiler can be anywhere and can monitor any accessible SQL Server simultaneously - it will create, start, and stop user-defined traces on all selected servers at scheduled intervals and automatically collect trace data and store in the central repository.

Upload data directly from the network or through the temporary database - xSQL Profiler offers two options for loading data into the central repository. If the folder in which the temporary trace files are stored is accessible to xSQL Profiler Service, it can upload data directly from that folder. Otherwise, it will first load the data into the temporary database of the destination server and then load it into the central repository.

Use predefined events or set custom events - xSQL Profiler comes with a set of predefined events that have been defined at the top of basic lower-level SQL Server events. The user can further define their own events by selecting the SQL Server events to be monitored, the columns of interest, and setting the filters on them. Example: To monitor DELETE statements, select the events "RPC: Starting" and "SP: Starting" and apply a filter to the TextData column: "TextData LIKE '%DELETE%FROM%'".

Powerful filtering capability, accurate tracking - one of the biggest advantages of xSQL Profiler is its powerful filtering capability. From simple operators equal to or similar to regular expressions, it can be used to archive the events that will be tracked, providing a very precise definition of traces, minimizing the load on the crawled servers - track only what you want, nothing more, nothing less.

Advanced planning - xSQL Profiler provides a powerful planning utility that allows the user to define multiple intervals during which tracing must be running on the selected servers. These intervals can be scheduled to occur only once or repeat every day, week, or month.

Flexible reporting interface - The tracking data visualization feature allows you to filter the data based on the event type, server, database, user, date and time, event text. You can further group the data based on any of the displayed columns by simply dragging and dropping a column header. In addition, xSQL Profiler provides the user with maximum power by providing direct queries to the xSQL Profiler database

Use for performance, auditing, and compliance - the flexibility of xSQL Profiler makes it an ideal tool for identifying SQL Server performance issues, auditing certain events, and ensuring that you comply with different sets of regulations, such as Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA.

Supports SQL Server 2000 to 2016, all versions, all editions - xSQL Profiler supports SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2014, and SQL Server 2016 all editions, including MSDE, and SQL Server Express.

Running in minutes, with no agents to install - you can be up and running in no time, there are no agents to install on the destination servers, it only takes a few minutes to install, and a few more minutes to set up and schedule your installation traces and ready, xSQL Profiler takes care of the rest - it automatically starts and stops traces at the preset intervals and collects the data in the central repository.
