Clear input masks make working with Scheduler 2020 hassle-free and intuitive. In addition to the general information of the appointments, such as subject, location, start and end, you also have the option of sound and/or visual information of the appointments. Regularly recurring appointments can also be entered with different patterns of repetition. In addition, the Terminplaner (appointment planner for 2020) contains a state-specific calendar in which you can edit holidays, vacations, and non-operating times as you wish.
The integrated monitoring function is interesting for all users who operate the program with multiple users and on multiple computers, with which you can also view and edit the appointments of other users, depending on the user's rights.
A management template with several predefined reports is available to print appointments with Terminplaner. Of course, you can also modify these templates or add your own. The built-in report generator helps you perfectly tailor your reports to your personal needs.
The program also contains a task list in which you can manage the priority, status, progress, and due date for a wide variety of tasks and activities.
As administrative tools, Scheduler 2020 includes a rights-assigned user administration, a data backup tool, a support tool, and an automated update search service.
