An efficient sign-up process cannot occur without mobile integrations. Introducing CardExchange The Stand that  works in conjunction with our CardExchange Controller CMS, offering a self-service portal that provides your users with quick and easy access to their account using a phone, tablet or desktop computer.

Allowing users to check their personal data, upload their photos, and manage their identification status improves security and prevents unwanted activity. In full enrollment, including filling, your users can easily activate their ID when received, without making the trip to a service desk for activation. During the high volume of university applications, for example, the Stand offers the most effective solution to facilitate your application process by including your users and making them part of the system.

REAL TIME WITH THE STAND

DATA

ID status functionality adds an additional level of security because ID cards can be produced and distributed before they are activated. Only when the card is received by the cardholder can the cardholder activate the card. This ensures that the card is activated and used by the correct person.

CAPTURE AND HISTORY

Eliminate the need for expensive photographers and on-site photo capture stations. The photo upload function streamlines the acquisition of photos from identity holders, allowing them to upload their photos off-site. Photos are taken quickly and easily using a smartphone or webcam and uploaded for approval, reducing the queues and the number of employees typically required to manage this process. Admins can retain photo history to increase security by allowing admins to verify that the cardholder is who they say they are.

Requested a new card, with the Stand you can instantly check the status of your RG at any time. It offers greater security by allowing a user to automatically lock their card in case it is lost or stolen, instantly reporting it to the Controller CMS back-office systems to prevent unauthorized use of the ID.

AUTOMATIC

ACCOUNT CREATION

After adding a person to the Controller's CMS, the person automatically receives an email, with a login account and instructions, so they can log in directly and have access.

Users can directly update and verify all their account details, allowing administrators to ensure the highest data integrity and reducing lost time and processes.
