Universal Product Code (UPC) barcodes are barcodes only for numbers used on retail products in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, the US, and some other countries. European Article Number (EAN) barcodes are used for retail items (outside the U.S. and Japan) and in a number of other ways, including product identification in the global retail channel.

UPCTools comes with ten different UPC barcode fonts in TrueType and other formats, a barcode wizard for creating BARCODES UPC, EAN, ISBN-13 (International Standard Book Number), ISSN (International Serial Number), and JAN (Japanese Article Number) barcodes. at a time and add-ins to create UPCs in Excel spreadsheets, Crystal Reports, your favorite design programs, and more.

The software is not compatible with Microsoft Office programs on Mac.

Are you new to UPCs? Before you can create UPC barcodes, you need UPC numbers. UPC numbers can come only from the GS1 barcode standards body or from companies authorized to allocate UPC numbers, such as us.
