What is Uranium backup pro shadow?

Thanks to volume shadow copy ing (VSS) support, Uranium Backup Pro Shadow allows you to back up open/locked files:

Outlook Backup (.pst file)

Backup of virtual machines hosted on Windows (VMware Workstation, VMware Server, VirtualBox, etc.)

Database backup (hot backup)

Note that the Volume Shadow Copy Service works only with local elements. You cannot unlock open/locked files on network paths.
