Optimizing point clouds

To get the best performance of your newly converted VPC files, some

of them are translated correctly:

Combine multipoint cloud files into a VPC file

This process will remove overlapping points between point clouds by reducing the file size and the total number of points to be computed. Caution needed, for example, if you have 100 large singular clouds and combine them into 1 if they were each 90GB. This will now be an extremely large singular cloud, but very optimized in comparison, but large singular file to manipulate.

Apply a larger filter
