VSO ExpansionPack
THE VSO ExpansionPack adds a variety of instruments to the "Solo" category of the Vienna Smart Orchestra. The instruments are available separately to be played as main instruments, either in "Pad + Solo" mode to add right-hand melodies to left-hand accompaniments, or in "Full Range Mode" to play solos using all tracks the instruments naturally provide.

By instantiating the Vienna Smart Orchestra expanded into multiple tracks, you can even create complex polyphonic string arrangements. Enrich your compositions by adding lyrical wind solos in several new colors or create a variety of combinations, for example, clarinet + bassoon or flute + pictorial in unison or octaves.
As with string and wind instruments, the harp and celesta can be used in combination with the accompanying orchestra or as individual instruments with its full range of six octaves and four and a half octaves, respectively. Eardrums provide a high level of detail with eight speed layers from ppp to fff and four variants per grade and speed layer.
Vienna Intelligent Orchestra Presets
Create great orchestrations on the spot, without worrying about balancing and adjusting instrumentation! Get creative with experimental effects presets for hybrid soundscapes and organic textures.
With presets presets, you can play the entire orchestra with full keyboard dynamics, adjust the balance of the main sections (strings, blows, metals, sledgehammers, drums, and percussion) on the mixer, or play these sections separately. What's more, you can add selected solo instruments such as flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, trumpet or a set of first violins on the accompanying set played with your left hand.
Custom layers, such as subtle pianíssimo string pads or strong metal breakages, make it easy to find the right tone in a fraction of a second. The "marcato control" feature allows you to touch everything from smooth legato lines to aggressive ostinatos in just one patch by simply moving a pre-configured fader.
All sections and solo instruments are expertly positioned at synchron stage vienna, one of the best scoring stages on the planet, using Vienna MIR Pro technology integrated directly into the Vienna Synchron Player multichannel mixer.
NKS Integration
The Vienna Smart Orchestra supports native instruments NKS format and is compatible with Komplete Kontrol and Maschine keyboards. Use the Light Guide to quickly identify key keys and play tracks from your instruments, navigate and view sounds, and quickly adapt them using preconfigured control buttons.
