Raptor synchronizes information from your SIS every two hours to ensure that your data is always up to date with the latest data from students, staff and guardians. For PowerSchool customers, Raptor writes back the daily presence in the PowerSchool presence tables.

When a student is late, quickly mark them, add a custom reason, and print a proof of delay. When a student accumulates a certain number of delays—a number you can set—a Delay Alert is displayed, allowing you to choose the action to take, such as notifying guardians or designating detention. Customize and print detention receipts with the click of a button.

Early Waivers

Raptor instantly screens anyone who tries to disconnect a student from the sex offender registry in all 50 states and any locally customized databases, including custodial databases, every time it disconnects a student, so you can be sure it will only release students to approved guardians. Quickly print early waiver vouchers.

Track team activity with the Visitor Management System

Campus staff and employees from across the district, such as IT and maintenance personnel, can sign up for the Raptor system, allowing you to track and record staff reporting times, replace teacher enrollments and teacher enrollments throughout the district.
