Visitor Registration

From the moment a visitor is registered, the Visitor software  allows you to identify, authorize, produce a badge and track the entry and exit of your visitors quickly. Set visitor type policies to ensure your visitors are in the right place at the right time.

With the use of the pre-registration feature, employees can easily register visitors prior to arrival, automatically forward registration details to a host for approval, and significantly improve the visitor experience. Pre-registered visitors will receive an email with a barcode that they can take to the front desk or use at a self-login kiosk. If pre-registered visitors are attending an event, you can create a group record that will allow you to streamline the flow of visitors by having badges ready when they arrive. Using the frequent visitor feature, you can quickly register returning visitors without having to create a new record.

Visitor's watchlist

Keep your employees safe with the use of our watchlist feature. Create an internal company blacklist or connect the software to a third-party application to check government criminal databases. If a visitor is on a watchlist, you will be notified when you register the visitantand.

Evacuation Reports

Ensuring the safety of your employees and visitors is easier with our one-click evacuation reporting feature. Create an on-demand emergency evacuation report of all individuals in the building quickly and efficiently. An evacuation report may be printed or emailed to designated individuals or groups .

NDA and company policy documents

Using custom templates, you can print documents for visitors to sign, such as a non-disclosure agreement, company policy agreement, or any other definable document that the visitor must agree to in order to proceed with the login. Signed documents are added to the visitor's record for easy reference.

Event Management

The event management feature allows you to easily create and manage multiple events. Each event can have an organizer, multiple hosts, and guests. The organizer can set the details of the event, including the start and end time, the first check-in time, and set a badge expiration date and time. In addition, the organizer can assign a room to the event, give the event a category/type, and assign a color to the event.

In the event overview window, the organizer can see all events and event details. By viewing the list of expired visitors, the organizer can extend the time of the event, automatically check out visitors, or notify the host. Combining the use of visitor registration with event management capabilities creates a powerful tool to streamline and control events.

KIOSK Application

Kiosk mode provides an easy-to-use touchscreen interface for visitors. Offer a fast and secure method to simplify the visitor check-in process. Reduce congestion in your organization's lobby and ensure on-time visitors arrive at appointments and events. Pre-registered visitors can scan the barcode they received in an email to check in quickly.

Whether you have a kiosk near the front desk or in a standalone location, kiosk mode allows you to quickly and securely control and monitor visitors while creating a VIP experience.
