Shelves / docks with guides (Nexus Ultimate)
Not only being able to keep shortcuts dragged to it, a shelf is also able to display the contents of special shell folders such as desktop, my computer, control panel, recent documents and so on, contents of hard disk folders, which can be manipulated with drag and drop feature as usual.
A shelf makes it possible to have a 'clean', organized, iconless desktop, causing Nexus Ultimate to hide icons on the desktop - icons that can be quickly accessed on the Desktop tab. Tabs on a shelf can also have keyboard shortcuts associated with them to cause the shelf to reach the foreground simultaneously and open that particular tab.
You can create as many shelves as you want with the built-in Dock and Shelves Manager, snap them to the edge of the screen of any monitor, or even leave them floating on the desktop. You can even add sub docks and grid stacks to shelves:
Grid Stacks (Nexus Ultimate)
Stacks are a particularly useful new feature that can provide instant access to application content, documents, downloads, and any other folders placed on a station, shelf, or drawer. There they sit until you click on them, when they appear in a grid arrangement.
With the same technology on the shelves, you can also use Grid Stacks to display the contents of virtual shell folders, such as the Windows Control Panel, desktop, documents, and recent applications, UWP applications in Windows 10.

Basically, a single shelf with tabs, a drawer is a hybrid dock/shelf, blending some of the best features of the docks with some of the best features of the shelves.
Search filter (Nexus Ultimate)
Shelves, drawers and grid stacks are able to display folders containing thousands of files - so sometimes finding what you want is the problem.
All you need to do is start typing, and the content is automatically filtered according to what you just typed. You can press Backspace to delete a character or ESC to clear and discard the search filter.
Reflections of live icons
The first (and only) Windows docks with live icon reflections. Reflections are updated in real time if the icons are animated or changed. The size and transparency of reflections are also user configurable.

The object-based interface offers drag-and-drop features that simplify the management of applications, files, printers. Built-in support for animated icons
Nexus has built-in support for animated icons. Without the need to install third-party docklets and full drag-and-drop support, the animated icons in Winstep apps are as easy to use as any other icon: release the PNG track from the animated icon directly into a dock item, and the icon will start animating automatically.
Running applications
Nexus is a complete taskbar replacement with the ability to display apps running in the dock - with Windows"superbar skills, including Aeropeek, even on Windows XP.
System tray
The Nexus can display the system tray on the station in one of two modes:
Tray icons can be displayed one by one or in grouped mode to take up as little space as possible.
Tray icon customization (Nexus Ultimate)
System tray icons are originally small 16x16 icons and can become very blurry when displayed in the docking station in larger sizes. Nexus Ultimate allows you to customize tray icons with high-resolution alternatives to solve this problem, with a set of high-resolution images for system tray icons included in the app.
Full support for Windows 10 UWP (Universal) applications
Nexus is the only dock currently capable of handling UWP applications in Windows 10 like normal Win32 applications.
Hide automatically
Docks connected to the edges of the screen can automatically hide at the edge of the screen and appear on demand.
Collapse automatically
Floating docks (that is, docks not connected to a screen edge) can be collapsed into a single control block and collected on demand.
Full support for multiple monitors and high DPI
Stations can be attached to any edge of the screen or left floating on any monitor.
