What is WPViewPDF?

Applications without powerful PDF support are difficult to use nowadays, so many companies are already adhering to WPViewPDF, whose software contains powerful pdf, wPDF and wPDFControl creation mechanisms.

This software offers a powerful component for viewing and printing PDFs files, being possible to modify them if you get the Plus version of this software.

With WPViewPDF, licensing a powerful pdf display and manipulation tool is possible directly in your application (.NET, VCL, and Delphi). Because the main PDF engine was compiled into a DLL (32bits and 64bits), it is also possible to use some direct DLL functions, such as pdfPrint and pdfMerge. This also works in C++ and VB6. WPViewPDF also comes with an ActiveX interface to support older versions of VB6.

Unlike many competitive products, WPViewPDF displays even large PDF files instantly due to its multithreaded architecture – and without the use of temporary file-based caching.

WPViewPDF renders and loads most PDFs files, which are seen as one and allows you to add information before printing, such as page numbers or labels.

WPViewPDF also includes a much improved form filling mode. The user now jumps from tabs to other tabs and the current field is highlighted. And changing the status of the check boxes is possible with the space key if you want.

It is also possible to flatten PDFs files – with this feature, annotations and/or fields are rendered in the page description.

The user can select the text and copy it to the clipboard or create instant bitmaps. There is an integrated thumbnail and marker view for this.

Loading corrupted files is also possible.
