Data is collected and indexed from social media streams, linked content, and websites through APIs, webmail connectors, and direct web browsing. X1 Social Discovery aggregates data from these multiple sources in real time, in a highly scalable and case-centric way.
AUTHENTICATION
MD5 hash values for individual items are calculated at capture and maintained through export. Automated logs and reports are generated. Key metadata unique to social media and web streams is captured through deep integration with APIs provided by publishers. This metadata is important for establishing the chain of custody and also provides important evidence relevant to the substantive case as well as authentication.
RESEARCH
Run broad, unified searches across multiple accounts, social media streams, and websites from a single interface. Linked content is automatically indexed and searched through quick search as you type patented X1 into a user interface. Results are aggregated for classification, tagging, and export according to the standard eDiscovery or investigative workflow.
PRODUCTION
Keep data in a searchable native format from collection to production, uniquely providing a complete platform to handle social media in the same way as devices, email, and electronic documents. Deliver the collected email in PST format, maintaining the hierarchical structure.
