What is Xailer?

As a complete visual development environment, it includes:

Executables made with Xailer are completely standalone, that is, they do not require any external library for execution or execution environment, such as .NET or Java. Neither of the two types of special installation is required, so any program created with Xailer can be considered a fully portable program if it does not use an external database manager.

Xailer not only aims to be the next step in the development tools for Windows in the Xbase language, but is aimed at all users who know this programming language in any of its aspects, as it is believed that it is possible to attract the attention of all programmers who are still using CA-Clipper, and those who at some point had the need to migrate to other programming tools,  due to the shortcomings of this compiler and the absence of a professional visual development environment that could compete with the rest of the current development environments.

Xailer includes absolutely everything you need to get started and run management programs, without additional purchasing any other tools. Xailer's advantage over other development environments is its simplicity, as it is basically a management software development tool initially based on the Xbase standard, although it is currently more focused on SQL databases, but always trying to include as much as possible the simplicity of using Xbase in accessing new databases.

• 128 Mbytes of RAM (256 desirable) or better.
• 100 Mbytes of available hard drive space.

Software:

• Windows98 SE operating system, Windows NT, Windows 2000 (server or workstation), Windows XP Professional, Windows 2003 server, or Windows Vista any version.
• xHarbour compiler (included with Xailer).
