Oscillator: The mother of all sources. A faithfully emulated, serrated TOD (Top Octave Divider) oscillator, providing up to 49 polyphony voices

A synthesizer section with dedicated ADSR, 24db analog filter with envelope and LFO modulations, multiple sound sources (Rocker switches) and the special recovery feature of Second Touch.

XILS 505 Main Panel
The main panel offers the same configuration as the original unit. It's always visible.
Click on the Rocket options to enable/disable the oscillators for each of the three sections. Use ADSR to control the VCA and VCF from the Synthesizer section, where you can switch between human voices and standard oscillator. The SECOND TOUCH toggle was one of the secret weapons of this string machine: when activated, you can retrieve the monophonic ADSR envelope, allowing one of the specific playback modes offered by these vintage units and impossible to recreate with later polyphonic synthesizers.
