Intuitive UX design

Zoiper offers a greatly enhanced user experience with its new familiar and intuitive interface. The traditionally meticulous configuration has been simplified with our auto-polling setup wizard. Drag and drop calls and contacts to transfer calls or combine them into a conference.

Contacts

All your contacts in one interface! Do you have many contacts from various sources and databases? No need to worry, with zoiper's newest phone you can look at and pull contacts and display them in a combined contact list for easy access.

Zoiper's flexible settings options let you choose which contact sources to see in your contact list. Maybe you don't necessarily need all your personal contacts while you're in the office? You can turn that source off.

video

Sometimes audio calls are not enough. Whenever the case is - whether it's an online business meeting, an interview, or you simply want to see your friends, family or colleagues. Simply make sure that your video capture device (e.g. webcam) is connected to your computer and start making video calls immediately.

Click 2 Dial

The Click 2 dial-in add-on will convert phone numbers to open web pages in your browser into clickable links.

encryption

With the growing popularity of Internet use and the ever-expanding user base, online security is one of the most important aspects of our daily lives. No one likes to be monitored 24 hours a day, everyone values their privacy more. Zoiper offers end-to-end military-level encryption with standardized TLS, SRTP, and ZRTP protocols.

In our free version, TLS is available to all users, so if your server (or service provider) supports it, just turn it on in the Settings menu and you're ready to use. Zoiper protects your communications through voice, video and chat.

Audio and video codecs

Several codecs are available for audio and video calls on Zoiper. The softphone has a multitude of codecs, some providing HD quality and requiring high Internet bandwidth while others help you in situations where Internet connectivity is unstable.

Voicemail

If your office PBX or service provider supports voicemail, you're just a few clicks away from using it on Zoiper. Set up your voicemail extension and listen back to all the important messages you have.

Call forwarding

Out of the office or on vacation?  No problem, now customers and colleagues can contact you, even if you're out of the country. To forward a call, you must choose a forwarding destination. Forward calls instantly or set a period between 1 to 600 seconds.

Automatic response

Use the auto-reply feature so you never miss a call. You can set the Zoiper to respond automatically, or set a compensation time (1-600 seconds).

Locking and provisioning

Set up your office PBX or service provided, enter your username and password, and set up your phone from the beginning of the app.

Unlimited Manipulation of Event Rules

With the Zoiper event rules option, you can assign multiple roles to different situations. For example, you can open a URL or program in an incoming or outgoing call. You can also set actions depending on: response, shutdown, tap by causing Zoiper to switch to your app or web browser. Additional options: caller number, name, DNID, or an account.

Voicemail Message Standby (MWI)

Enabling this option allows Zoiper to be servicing voicemail indicators, depending on the server.

Productivity Resources and Call Center

With Zoiper, you can now forward incoming calls directly to another number or extension. In a scenario where you are required to answer calls immediately? It's not a problem. Turn on Incoming Call Handling and set an instant auto-reply or delayed auto-reply for your calls.

Android

Zoiper 1.x for Android requires Android 2.1 and above. Zoiper 2.x for Android requires Android 4.1 and above.

Note that if you are using an older device or if there are many applications running at the same time, quality issues may be observed.
