Smart annotation
Power Dimension makes it easy to scale with abbreviated dialogboxes that control and expand only the variables relevant to manufacturing, and integrate tolerance and adjustment list information.
With multiple dimensions, you can create multiple dimensions with minimal input and properly space the ordered, parallel, or symmetrical items.
Overlapping dimensions can be automatically spaced properly. It determines the appropriate distance of the object being scaled, making linear dimensions appear organized and clear.
Mechanical symbols include surface texture symbols, data and target identifiers, cone symbols, center hole, and weld, which greatly save your time and improve design accuracy.
Smart balloon and BOM
With ZWCAD Mechanical, you can easily draw, align, and renumber patterns-based balloons. It takes only one step to create a BOM. In addition, it automatically recognizes the standard parts and summarizes them in the BOM.
All changes to the balloon would be updated in the BOM, ensuring that the data is always correct and up-to-date.
Intelligent drawing environment
ZWCAD Mechanical supports ISO, ANSI, DIN, JIS, and GB design environments and also provides an easy way to customize company standards.
Every mechanical entity, such as border, dimension, symbol, etc., would be placed on the default layer with predefined color and line type. With layer mapping, the mechanical entity can be placed on a custom layer to match company practices.
ZWCAD Mechanical supports drawing multiple borders with different scales, and the size of annotation objects can be changed according to the scale of the border.
Reediting becomes easy, double-click on objects, and settings in the dialog box will change automatically.
Mechanical Parts and Generator
The ZWCAD Parts Library contains bolts, nuts, washers, pins, rivets, springs, bearings, etc. Saves hours of work by directly removing parts from the library.
You can create shafts and gears by inserting geometric parameters, which greatly speeds up the entire design process.
Extended drawing tools for manufacturing
The program includes a total of 32 options for creating construction lines and 7 options for creating construction circles. Construction lines can be used as references to create other objects and make drawing easier.
You can add a centerline to the circle or rectangle by simply selecting objects. Centerlines can be drawn for a single entity or multiple entities.
Generate the detail view with just a few clicks and is updateable when a change is made to the geometry.
