Supported databases are PostgreSQL 16 and 17, Microsoft SQL Server 2022, Oracle 23ai and MySQL 8.4 — MariaDB and PerconaDB are not supported. In a cluster, the shared home uses NFS 4.0 or 4.1, with Docker and Kubernetes via official Helm charts.
Jira Cloud has four plans. Free covers up to 10 users, with 2 GB storage and community support. Standard scales to 100,000 users, with 250 GB storage and business-hours support.
Premium adds Plans, sandbox, release tracks, unlimited storage, a 99.9% uptime SLA and 24/7 support.
